The Gold Cadillac

Main Characters:Wilbert, Mother-Dear, Wilma, and 'lois

 

Setting:Toledo, Ohio and Mississippi

 

Summary: Wilbert, Lois and Wilma's father buys a brand new gold Cadillac. Lois and Wilma's mother does not like it. Wilbert plans to drive the Cadillac all the way to Mississippi to see their grandparents. The police stop their car and take them to the police station. There they give them a speeding ticket. They then decide to go toDetroit and ride in Cousin Halton's car and get to Mississippi. They spend a week there and then drive home. Wilbert sells the Cadillac and gets back his Mercedes.
